2023 EyesOn Design Poster Unveiling February 7

The commemorative poster for the 36th annual EyesOn Design at Ford House car show will be unveiled Tuesday, February 7, from 9:30-11am at the Ford House Visitor Center in Grosse Pointe Shores. Media and the public are invited to attend the unveiling.

2023 Poster Artist

The artwork for the poster was designed by acclaimed artist Charles Maher, a past president of the National Automotive Artists Association who learned to drive at age 14 behind the wheel of a '55 Chevy Bel Air, and whose early career included designing car graphics for Ford, GM, Honda and Toyota.

When the Automotive Fine Arts Society began receiving new members, Charlie was one of the first invited to exhibit. His work has appeared in Autoweek, Sports Car Market, Racer, Road & Track, Mustang Monthly, Automobile, and Car Collector magazines.

Posters will be available for purchase at the unveiling and may be signed onsite by the artist. Light refreshments will be served.

Media and the public: rsvp to attend the unveiling.

2023 Theme

The EyesOn Design at Ford House commemorative poster reflects this year's show theme: DESIGN REVOLUTIONS, which celebrates vehicles that had a profound influence on designers and dramatically changed the look and feel of the generation of cars that followed.

Featured will be innovative and avant-garde designs that were influenced by design-enablers like powertrains, proportion, aerodynamics, market segments and especially styling. Full production, limited production and one-off vehicles will all be included on the show field on Father's Day Sunday, June 18.

To celebrate the design revolution being spurred on by increased electrification, EyesOn Design at Ford House will highlight design present and future with the inclusion of new electric production vehicles and future electric concepts.
